Green Square Medical Practice (GSMP) was established by Dr Michael Chomyn to build a practice with staff that are committed to patient care and to provide affordable and accessible health care for its regular patients. Your health is your future and the Green Square Medical Practice seeks to meet the health care needs of you and your family.

Our hours are:

  • Monday 8am-4pm
  • Tuesday 8am-3pm
  • Wednesday 8am-3pm
  • Thursday 8am-4:30pm
  • Friday 8am-2pm

Closed all weekends and Public holidays.
Our DHM Blood collection centre is open 8am-11am Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Our after hours GP Service is accessed by ringing 13 74 25.
